 Bishop Demetrics Roscoe is the founder of Living Church Ministries in Birmingham, Alabama where he and his gifted wife, Pauline have been Senior Pastors for the past twenty-seven years. Those who know Bishop Roscoe know his passion for evangelism. Locally and globally he has tread on ground most people only read about. As a highly esteemed lecturer and world traveler; he has ministered in China, Korea, Jamaica, Mexico, Philippines, Nigeria, Sicily, Italy, Pakistan, and recently a crusade in Kenya, Africa. Whether he is preaching the Gospel overseas, advocating positive change in the inner city, taking a stand against social injustices, or as one the gatekeepers of the city participating in City Council meetings; Bishop Roscoe invokes the Presence of God with signs following his ministry.
Bishop Roscoe is a dedicated father to his children, a spiritual father to Living Church Ministries and a consultant to ministers throughout Alabama. Bishop Roscoe is best known for his books, “Doors of the Mind” and “Christianity vs. Paganism”. The Living Church Ministries television ministry complements these written works. He is also known in the city of Birmingham and surrounding areas as the “Radio Pastor” at WAYE 1220 AM Radio Station where he is the Program Director.
Bishop Roscoe has been involved with JCET International, Pastors for Pro-Life, Athletes for Abstinence, National Day of Prayer and local organizations. He believes that his supreme responsibility in the earth is to fulfill the Great Commission of the Lord to evangelize the world through the power of the Holy Spirit. In recognition of his dedication to the Great Commission, he was bestowed as Bishop in 2004. Whether it is through provision of resources overseas, feeding the homeless in his community, or sharing the Word of God on radio and television; Bishop Roscoe’s commitment to the Gospel is a visible voice in world outreach.
 The vision would be incomplete without the woman behind the man, Pastor Pauline. Pastor Pauline is devoted to her family. As Co-Pastor of Living Church Ministries, she is the “nurturer”. Pastor Pauline or Pastor P as she is affectionately called is a powerfully anointed woman of God who travels throughout as a seasoned conference speaker. She is active in her church and a Community Representative on the Institutional Review Board at Cooper Green Hospital, a Community Health Advisor to promote cancer awareness, and a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. She ministers in the Jefferson County Prison and has a weekly broadcast on WAYE 1220 AM Radio Station.
As founder of Women of Glory; a catalyst which develops the ordinary woman into God’s Extraordinaire she equips women with spiritual and practical leadership skills for ministry. Her powerful testimony of being abandoned at the age of five, growing up in an environment of neglect and abuse; a near death experience, a cancer survivor for the past nine years; and many other trials of life, and yet today a woman used mightily by God; is a reflection of the grace upon her life and her prayer: “Lord, Thank You for making me to laugh again, but never let me forget that I have cried.” In the prophetic deliverance mantel upon her life, she exemplifies the walk of a true spiritual mentor.
